| Abstract： | In this talk, we will explain how to construct finite Brauer-Manin obstruction explicitly for testing the existence of integral points for torsors of multiplicative groups. As application, we will establish the strong approximation for groups of multiplicative groups. The special case for algebraic tori was recently given by Harari. |
