| Abstract： | We show how to improve the H/"ormander condition to obtain the weak type (1,1) estimate for certain singular integrals whose kernels are not smooth enough so that the operators do not belong to the standard class of Calder/'on-Zygmund operators. Applications include estimates on some singular integrals acting on a domain $/Omega$ of $/mathbb R^n$ with rough boundaries so that $/Omega$ does not satisfies the doubling volume condition. |
